You've spent years buying things that look good online but not on you, or knowing something feels "off" but can't put a finger on it, and having a full-to-bursting closet but "Nothing to Wear".
My image sessions are about building a genuine understanding of YOU, so that getting dressed stops feeling like guesswork. In-person sessions available in Barrie and Simcoe County. Virtual sessions available across Canada.
Image consulting is a combination of colour science, human psychology, brain science, and mathematical strategy.
The best starting point is the fundamentals: your seasonal colour palette, measurements of your body shape, and personality tests that tell us exactly who you are and how you operate.
With the knowledge and insight gained, we'll have a clear direction for implementing it in your wardrobe and shopping strategy.
Your "Image Blueprint": A focused start for defining your image. This session covers the core elements of colour, body, and personality, giving you a clear outline of your authentic personal image.
The Image Blueprint is an educational outline of what works for you specifically, your colours, your proportions, your style, and how to apply that understanding in practical terms. You'll leave the session knowing what pieces to look for and why.
What's Included:
In-depth Consultation
Seasonal Colour Analysis (12-season system)
Body Measurements and Shape Analysis
Personality Testing and Style Integration
A curated Style Outline for easy, ongoing reference
Investment: $549
Who It's For: A good fit if you want to understand your colouring and body type without the full scope of the Framework, or as an option to start with and build up to the Framework down the line.

The Image Architecture goes further than the Blueprint in both scope and depth. Your colouring, physicality, and personality are each assessed in thorough detail, and the findings come together in a highly detailed Style Assessment report built entirely around your unique image blend. It's a document you will be able to refer back to continuously in the future.

Colour analysis is the process of identifying which colours work best with your natural colouring. Using the 12-16 season flow analysis system and calibrated colour draping, we look at your undertone, depth, and chroma to determine your seasonal palette. You leave with a wallet card of your best palette, and the knowledge you can apply to shopping, outfit building, and choosing makeup and accessories.
Body analysis goes well beyond identifying a general body shape. Using a series of body measurements and calculations, compared against the North American adult female average, we build an accurate picture of your specific proportions, including frame size, shoulder-to-hip ratio, waist definition, limb length relative to your torso, and many more interesting measurements and calculations. In this assessment, I incorporate the Kibbe method, a tried-and-tested system that assesses your bone structure, body flesh, and facial features, to identify which silhouettes, strategic lines, and styling details flatter your figure, not distort it. This is specific, data-informed guidance you can apply to everything you buy or already own.
Personality profiling for styling purposes takes into consideration who you are, not just what you like the look of. Drawing from credible psychological frameworks including Myers-Briggs and the Enneagram tests, I've developed my own nuanced assessment system that looks at various distinct dimensions: your identity, your culture and values, your behavioural habits, how you operate and move through the world, and how you interact with others. Together, these give us a complete and accurate picture of who you are at your core, so the styling direction we take genuinely reflects instead of a curated version of someone else.
Both include all three assessment components: colour analysis, body analysis, and personality profiling. The Foundation covers the core elements and delivers a concise Style Outline: a clear, practical reference summarizing your results. The Framework goes much deeper across every area and delivers a comprehensive, custom-written Style Assessment, a report explaining everything from colour palette characteristics, your physicality results, your core personality, and how they are combined to translate into things like fabrics, silhouettes, ideal necklines, hem lengths, shape and fit, waist height, and sample outfits to confidently provide you with a long-term personal image direction.
A discovery call is the easiest way to work that out. Most clients start with the Foundation and build from there, and that is completely a valid option. Others come to me knowing they want the full picture. Either way, I'm here for questions and we'll figure it out together before you commit to anything.
In many professional environments, particularly those that are male-dominated or more traditionally structured, there's a long-standing idea that dressing for success means minimising what makes you "stand out", conforming to an unspoken uniform, and presenting a performative version of yourself that reads as credible to the room. The problem is, this sets you up for failure, particularly in self-confidence, if what you're wearing doesn't portray who you authentically are. Professional image development works from a different starting point. We work out what authenticity in a professional environment looks like specifically for you. The result is a professional image that feels self-assured because it's actually yours. Buh-bye, imposter syndrome, "fake it til you make it", and impossible standards.
I've designed this program for girls aged 12 to 17 covering the "A, B, Cs" of their image: their appearance, behaviour, and communication. We work through personal style and colours, posture and body language, self-expression, and in-person and digital communication skills. The focus is on self-awareness and self-respect, not beauty or trends. As a mother myself, this is the education I wish I'd received when I was younger. Sessions are confidential, age-appropriate, and supportive.
A virtual 1:1 program delivered through a private WhatsApp chat. Each week covers a new area of style, including colour confidence, wardrobe editing, outfit formulas, and intentional shopping, with practical challenges woven in throughout. It's designed for women who want consistent, low-pressure support, with regular accountability, and realistic long term habit forming.
Definitely not. If you have things you like to wear or have received compliments in, those can be helpful, and I can tell you why they work specifically for you. Often our tastes in clothing develop from our culture and identity, which is why those are such valuable components to assess. Most clients however, come to me feeling stuck, inconsistent, or just completely unsure of where to start.
Colour Analysis, Body Analysis, Style Personality are all typically an hour and a half. The Foundation runs approximately three and a half hours. The Framework is an extended session and will occasionally run longer. Professional Image Consultations and Juniors Sessions are around two hours. Wardrobe Edits and Shopping Sessions vary depending on scope and wardrobe size.
Foundation clients receive a concise Style Outline. Framework clients receive a full, bespoke Style Assessment report, usually around 30 pages of expert insight, tailored to their specific personal image findings. Colour Analysis clients receive a wallet card of neutrals and colours in their best palette.
Yes. Shopping support is available as a guided in-person trip, a curated set of online links, or written guidelines for shopping independently. The right option depends on your budget, location, and how much support you'd like.
Yes. Sessions are structured with this in mind. For clients with ADHD, autism, or sensory sensitivities, the approach focuses on reducing decision fatigue, building simple and repeatable systems, and making practical recommendations around fabric, fit, and comfort alongside the visual and stylistic elements. My intention is building simple, repeatable systems that make sense in reality, instead of dumping you with a list of complicated rules. If you have specific needs or preferences, mention them when you book and I'll make sure the session is set up to work for you. Every session is always confidential, consent-led, and appropriate to the pace you respond best to.
Yes. These services are designed for women of all sizes and body types. The work is rooted in understanding your colouring, your frame, and your identity, not conforming to any standard or ideal. As women, our weight fluctuates often, but the education and services I provide are not affected by weight loss or gain. Every recommendation is tailored to you exactly as the perfect person that you are.
A short, no-obligation video chat to talk through where you are, what you're looking for, and which service, if any, makes sense. Most people leave with a clear next step, whether they book with me or not!
A discovery call is a good starting point if you're not sure which service is the right fit. It's a short video chat where we work out what you actually need and whether working together makes sense. Most people leave with a clear sense of direction either way.
